More than 11,200 employees were consulted in this survey run by the company that also compiles the Sunday Times 100 best companies list.

It’s hard work here but we try to make it rewarding – and fun!

Stay Original is not a typical hospitality company. We specialise in buying and transforming neglected historic hotels and pubs in the South West and turning them into laid back ‘oases of pleasure’, run by some of the best staff in the business.

We started with our first coaching inn in 2011 and have grown to six award-winning properties this year and will double in size again over the next five years.

We’re looking for people who think like we do, care about the same things we care about. Who can work smarter (not harder!) and strive for excellence.
